The BSM Gladiators Martial Arts and Community Club will be running a variety of fitness classes for children 6-15 years old and adults 18+ from 7th January to 20th March 2024.

Kids classes from 8 January to 18 March 2024 (10 weeks)
· Mondays, 4.30-6pm – Warriors: Judo, Karate & Jujitsu (ages 6-15, RO80)
Adults (18+) classes from 7 January to 20 March 2024 (10 weeks)
· Sundays, 4.30-5.30pm – BodyPump Mixed BodyPump Mixed (RO50)
· Wednesdays, 4.30-5.30pm – BodyPump Mixed BodyPump Mixed (RO50)
