We are an inclusive, supportive martial arts and fitness community club for adults and kids, based at the British School Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman. We have classes in Les Mills BodyPump, BodyBalance and BodyCombat as well as Zumba Fitness, in addition to our custom-designed fitness programs such as Cardio, Resistance, Core and Circuit for Warriors.
