The BSM Gladiators‘ 4th Anniversary free fitness event will take place on Saturday, 19 March 2022 between 3 to 4.30pm at the British School Muscat Sports Centre.
Make your move and up your fitness game with Les Mills BodyPump, the world’s most popular barbell group workout.
First, a technique bootcamp to make the most out of your workout: correct form and proper execution, moving to target the correct muscles, and safety tips while getting fit.
This will be followed by a full-hour class showcasing the coolest music and moves using light weights with high reps!
If you have not tried BodyPump before, this will be the best time to do so! You can sign-up along with family/friends who are 18+ and fully vaccinated: Party in Red 2022.

This event is open to adults 18+ with proof of full vaccination accepted by the Omani government. Our spots are limited in compliance with British School Muscat’s COVID policy โ first come, first served!
